PIECEFULL keeps your payment information secure. PIECEFULL shops never receive your credit card information.
Payment is accepted through Paypal and Credit Cards can be accepted through PIECEFULL’s Direct Checkout.

*** Returns and exchange details

With the exception of custom orders, returns are allowed if you notify me within 3 days of receiving the purchase. Please contact us before returning the item. I will give you a full refund minus your original shipping charge as soon as I receive the item. The item must be returned exactly how it arrived to you. Any worn items are not eligible for a refund. Customer pays all shipping charges related to the return.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

 

*** Shipping policies

All items ship to the address you fill out when you check out through PIECEFULL.

Orders are made and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order (excluding weekends, holidays, and custom orders). Transit time then varies.

I ship worldwide via International Registered Air Small Package from Thailand, so your package will have a tracking number.

The average delivery time is 2-3 weeks, business days.

A precise delivery date cannot be guaranteed for some countries and I regret that I can’t be more specific, especially in times of national holidays, Christmas ….
I can`t be responsible for losses or delays!!!!!

International orders will be shipped via International Small Package Air and the buyer will be provided with a tracking number.

—–Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I can’t provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

I do express deliveries with extra fee.

If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, EMS World (Package) is the best option. Express World costs vary (depending on package size, package weight, and destination). If you would like this option, send me a message and I will adjust shipping prior to purchase. Express World arrives in 5-7 business days.
